He has worked with Division I programs, national-level throwers, and Olympic Trials sprinters. His approach combines evidence-based programming with practical periodization that fits inside a real track season. He is known for bridging the gap between the weight room and the track, creating programs that build power without adding unnecessary bulk or interfering with technical work.
