Ray Jackson took over a 12-athlete high school track program with no budget and turned it into a 180-athlete powerhouse that won 8 consecutive conference titles and 3 state championships. Over 30 years, his blueprint for building programs from the ground up has been adopted by schools across the country. He is now a consultant helping athletic departments build sustainable T&F programs.
