Elena Rodriguez built one of the top distance programs in the country over 22 years at the collegiate level. Her athletes have combined for 9 NCAA championship appearances and 4 Olympic Trials qualifiers. A former 2:04 800m runner and 4:18 miler, she is known for her periodization systems and her ability to develop freshmen into conference champions by their junior year.
