ABOUT
Lisa Park made her name developing beginner hurdlers at the middle school and high school level. A former Division II All-American in the 100m hurdles, she spent 8 years teaching athletes who had never touched a hurdle to become competitive varsity hurdlers. Her step-by-step progressions are designed for the coach who has 3 weeks before the first meet and a group of kids who have never hurdled.
